Call off the dogs and circle the wagons, the search is over! I have found the best powdered eggs for the trail. OvaEasy egg crystals are amazing. When you cook them up, you can’t tell the difference between this amazing powder and fresh eggs! I made an omelette in the house to try it out…amazing. I took it out on the trail and made some scrambled eggs…delicious! Check out the youtube video I made. I made an omelet, this time with bacon and cheese…outstanding! Just follow the directions on the 
package and voila, amazing eggs. I did add a little powdered milk as well, but still. So easy it has to be OvaEasy! Too corny? Sorry about that. Not the cheapest though. They are about $10 for a dozen eggs worth. Pretty expensive. You can reduce that cost if you by in larger quantities. Amazon had a 12 pack that takes it down to $7 a dozen. Still pretty high compared to other brands. However, if taste is what you care about, this is the one to go with! My family said they could not tell the difference when I cooked them up at home! This will be a staple meal for me on future trips to be sure!
